Treasury Special Project Team• Analyse issue reported by user regarding system used and create support ticket • Assist in preparing the test case and perform User Acceptance Test for projects• Monitor project progress and liaise with vendors regarding expected timelines• Assist in capturing requirement for projects from users and vendor• Manage the Treasury Management System (TMS) project2. Bank Account Management Team• Oversee the process of opening and closing bank accounts• Assist in preparing and updating documentation required for bank account management• Assist with ad-hoc bank account management-related tasks and projects as required• Foster and maintain effective banking relationships, acting as a liaison between the Treasury Department and financial institutions• Handle tasks to ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant with regulation

Monitor banks and wallets transactions on daily basisRaise V2 top-up and fund received using CMSAnalyse all the amounts flown to Gloremit for every transactionUpdate remaining balance for specific banks and walletsSend out emails to banks of the agreed dealsOversee the tickets issued from the system used in Redmine and JiraVerify issues of the system in User Acceptance Test and Production TMSRevet the verified tickets and issues to the vendorAmend SLA daily summary and SLA ticket tracking sheet
