As a graphic designer in an NGO, the experience is both rewarding and challenging. I may need to be creative in finding cost-effective solutions and balancing multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, I'll collaborate closely with other team members, such as marketers, fundraisers, and program managers, to ensure that my designs align with the organization's overall objectives and strategies.Despite the challenges, the experience as a graphic designer in an NGO can be incredibly fulfilling. Knowing that my designs are contributing to positive social change and helping to raise awareness about important issues can be immensely gratifying.
