I lead a team of 11 dedicated Project Managers and HR Consultants. My focus is on coordinating consulting deliverables in Norway and Denmark, establishing a solid foundation for recurring business.* Talent Management: From recruitment to leadership, I empower and guide our team to success, fostering a cuture of excellence and collaboration.* Strategic Project Management: Responsible for project planning, staffing, project estimates, and pricing in all Norwegian and Danish contracts. Serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for the Sales team, I ensure the seamless transition from sales to delivery.* Continuous Development: As a member of the Consulting management team, I actively contribute to the evolution of project materials and methodologies aligning with evolving customer needs.* Operational Oversight: My role involves maintaining a high level of project control across all customer projects, ensuring adherence to forecasted cost, schedule, and quality standards.* Strategic Input: I actively provide strategic input to VP Consulting and the Customer Development Management Team. This involves providing valuable insights that play a central role in shaping the direction of our consulting services, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.* Customer-Centric Approach: Driven by a pursuit of customer satisfaction, my objective is to deliver services that not only meet but exceed customer expectations, laying the groundwork for enduring business relationships.

* Project Management Responsibilities:In my role as project manager, I simultaneously manage multiple implementation projects according to the agreed methodology. My focus includes aspects such as schedule, scope, structure, team dynamics, communication, risk management, and stakeholder involvement. * HR Consultant Expertise: Serving as an HR consultant, I act as a systems expert. Working closely with our technical consultants, I assist customers in designing and configuring their system in line with best practices and individual customer needs. * Workshops and Training: Facilitating customer workshops and training sessions is a key aspect of my responsibilities, ensuring alignment with our project methodology. * Collaboration with Product Management: I actively ensure that product change requests from customers are effectively communicated to Product Management, contibuting to specific development tasks to secure relevance to our customers.* Continuous Improvement: I am a key contributor to the continuous improvement of implementation methodology and materials. This involves close collaboration with the rest of the Consulting team to improve service delivery.* Knowledge Sharing:Actively sharing insights to trends, best practices and other relevant knowledge, I contribute to a culture of continuous learning within the team. * Pre-sales Contribution:In the pre-sales phase, I contribute to ensuring customer understanding and the correct implementation approach and scoping, aiming for successful project initiation.
