I'm curious about learning new skills and sharing what I know, whether as a leader, an advisor, a board member or a speaker. New experiences fuel my interest to keep growing and giving each day.In my current role, I bring my leadership, business and representative experience to advocate for Charities Institute Ireland members, where the Triple Lock of good governance, strong financial controls and fundraising standards are the gold standard for the charity sector. Highlighting the strategic and economic importance of our professional charity members is my key goal. I am a Board Member of Childvision, Ireland’s only dedicated centre for children with sight loss and Hail Housing Association, supporting people with mental health difficulties to integrate and live independent lives in the community. With my background as a Chartered Surveyor and consultant in the property & construction sector, I chair their Development & Property Committees, where I am privileged to work with the teams to build and develop their strategies. Appointed by the Minister for Justice to the Board of the Property Services Regulatory Authority PSRA), I work with the Board & Executive to protect the interests of the public by ensuring that high standards are maintained in the delivery of property services. In my spare time, I like reading fiction (nothing like a bit of escapism for a while!) and I find a walk or cycle a great way to unwind. I enjoy most sports and am a proud Dublin GAA, Leinster & Irish Rugby supporter.
Listed skills include Landlords, Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate, Leases, and 20 others.
