NUS Lean LaunchPad Singapore programme helps research scientists and engineers turn their inventive technologies into commercially viable products and feasible business ventures.As an entrepreneurial lead in this programme, I worked intensively for 10 weeks using the lean methodology to commercialize AdFort, a SaaS (software as a service) solution by NUS intended to revolutionize the way mobile users experience ads on mobile apps and create better ad revenue for publishers.
