As a representative of the CREATE program, I played a key role in bridging the program's values with the schools and communities we served. I collaborated closely with the CREATE team, teachers, and students to develop curriculum and educational toolkits that were culturally relevant and aligned with the program's objectives. My responsibilities included coordinating with schools, both online and offline, to ensure the smooth implementation of activities, as well as preparing necessary equipment and materials.I was responsible for providing routine evaluation reports on the progress and effectiveness of our activities, which were shared with the Field Officer and the CREATE core team. Additionally, I supported the Project Officer, Communications Officer, and Field Officer in curating students' artwork for exhibitions, showcasing the creative output of the program.In the realm of Monitoring and Evaluation, I assisted the Field Officer and AMEL Officer in collecting and assuring the quality of data, as well as contributing to report writing. I managed and organised program documents with a strong emphasis on confidentiality, ensuring that all administrative and program-related materials were well-maintained.My role also extended to engaging with parents and school committees, facilitating various activities involving students, teachers, and parents.I actively participated in collaboration processes and learning programs with local stakeholders, and took part in internal capacity-building initiatives for Art Facilitators, as well as the Sharing and Learning Forum of Facilitators.

In 2021, I received the Power to Youth grant from Rutgers Indonesia to lead a research project in Jombang, East Java, focusing on the prevalent issues of child marriage and adolescent pregnancy. The research aimed to uncover the root causes of these challenges and explore effective ways to mitigate them. The research was conducted through a qualitative approach utilising focus group discussions with local stakeholders, including community leaders, parents, and adolescents, to gain a deeper understanding of the sociocultural and economic factors driving early marriage and unplanned pregnancies.The findings from this research led to actionable recommendations for local stakeholders in Jombang, emphasising strategies to prevent child marriage and support adolescents in making informed decisions about their reproductive health. This project not only provided valuable insights for the community but also reinforced my commitment to using research as a tool for social change, ensuring that interventions are grounded in the realities of those most affected.
