Supported two projects of Institute for Environmental Negotiation: the Clinch River Valley Initiative and the Food Sustainability Task Force. The former addressed economic development in southwest Virginia, the latter addressed local food sourcing and waste within college dining halls. - Drafted a paper about the benefits and challenges of food sustainability on college campuses.
