• Assist and liaise with Managers regarding the recruitment processes• Maintain the file of resumes and ensure audit compliance of new starters as per Company requirements o Ensure that Recruitment Packs are complete and correct as per Audit Checklistso Assisting with the preparation of internal and external audits• Ensure completion of all documentation as per the recruitment standards and processes• Responsible for the daily and weekly update of Excel spreadsheets • Ensure and liaise with HR and Payroll on new employee information• Perform other related administrative and reasonable duties from time to time, such as:-o Recruitment administrationo Filing• Assist with contract signing of new employees• Handle all candidate personal information and documentation with the relevant integrity and confidentiality
