Voxpro powered by Telus International is an award winning provider of Multilingual Customer Experience & Technical Support solutions to giant global brands. We have offices in Cork, Dublin, Folsom, Bucharest, Manila, Central America, India and China.I am a key interface in the business between Operations, Business Planning, Recruitment, HR and Finance with my key focus being on driving the integrated commercial success of Voxpro powered by Telus International.My Operations Finance team delivers detailed and targeted analytics which drive profitability and correct decision making across the business. We are a key stakeholder in all operational decisions and present both the short-term impact and the long-term strategic view to ensure that all decisions make sense for the business from a strategic standpoint. I set up the Strategic Sourcing function in Q2 2018. Through this function, my team drives both tactical savings for the company but also focuses on a long-term strategy for better procurement practices, including the implementation of a PO system and the roll out of procurement policies across the business.I derive complex pricing for both existing and new clients ensuring that pricing creates maximum value for Voxpro at a marketable price point. I assess potential new locations as the business expands further, both in our current locations internationally and in new locations across the globe. These assessments are wide ranging, incorporating both an operational and capital appraisal perspective.

My key responsibilities within the role were managing the financial performance, margin improvement and accountability across 7 distinct Business Units. I also ensuring that risks to financial performance were identified early and communicated in adherence with internal governance processes which I had developed to prevent value dilution to Abtran in the medium to long term.

I specialised in; buy side due diligence, sell side due diligence, capital market transactions, refinancing and loan guarantee transactions and commercial due diligence.I worked on some of the largest value transactions in Ireland for both trade and private equity clients over a 6 year period.I completed a three year secondment to the Perth, Australia office from 2010 to 2013 where I led multiple audits and an IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
