Leading the strategic program of the new organization's network deployment, changing completely the infrastructure involving several countries, departments and partners. With a budget of 1,2M € in 2021 and 2M € more for 2022, working with more than 25 PMs, Team Leaders and Engineers, all together to build a strong, fast, secure and worldwide united network, capable of growing within the next years acquiring the latest cutting edge technology in order to leverage the company's productivity and, therefore, annual revenue. All managed and driven under PMBOK/PMI standards, standardizing all project processes to improve projects performance as well as ensure successful outcomes.

Big Data (Data Pool) infrastructure manager, watching over the service delivered by vendors and to our customer (Banking sector) as well as sponsoring new projects of IT infrastructure transformation improving the systems to be more competitive and hand over new and better services, such as AI data analysis technology, new reporting tools and other key solutions which offer a view of our customer's business. Systems which I've been involved to are Oracle appliances: Exadata, EXAcc, among others, Oracle database servers deployed in cutting edge technology provided by IBM & Oracle.

Program and Senior Project Manager for DC and IT Infrastructure service line, Renewable Power Business, following PMBOK & AGILE standards. type of programs and projects: complex/strategic projects/programs (4M€, 2000 mandays/20-50 FTEs), delivery of IT infrastructure, strategic data center transformation, facilities and infrastructure consolidation projects, worldwide Infrastructure carve out/delivery. Senior Project Manager focused on IT Infrastructure, following PMI/PMBOK Standards. Managing all the projects phases from Initiating until closure, delivering IT infrastructure for new Software Environments, facilities and infrastructure consolidation projects, deploying new high availability systems for Power & Transportation Sector, among others. All managed & executed from several countries therefore traveling is never a problem besides that working long periods of time in other countries is not a problem. Senior Project Manager focused on IT Infrastructure, following PMI/PMBOK Standards. Projects based on Renewable Power sector, managing the deployiment of new IT infrastructure environments for Windfarms as well as renewing old sites by newer systems, other projects where the deployment of key software for engineering (PLM, Data Management Software, Windfarm control system, among others) and facilities & infrastructure consolidation projects. Besides that, I also transitioned the systems delivered into the IT Customer Service (following ITIL processes). All managed & executed from several countries therefore traveling is never a problem besides that working long periods of time in other countries is not a problem.
