Entrevistas por competencias y con cierto componente técnico.Interlocución directa con clientes asignados; recepción de solicitudes de personal; realizando y/o coordinando la búsqueda de perfiles, encargado de validar perfiles antes de su presentación, negociación salarial con candidatos; negociación de tarifas con clientes; seguimiento de trabajadores; gestión y resolución de incidencias entre empresa/empleado/cliente y búsqueda de oportunidades de negocio para la compañía.
