My job role as a growth manager includes three critical responsibilities. - First, is going to have to define the company’s growth plan. This includes information on where the company is at currently as well as where the company is headed in the future.- Second, responsible for coordinating and executing the growth plan laid out in the first responsibility. This means working with the marketing team as well as the product development team to make this happen.- Finally, responsible for optimizing the revenue funnel.
