This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Regional operations alongside theRegional Executive Director.Objective:- Assist with hiring and supervising all regional staff;- Oversee area and regional competitions with area staff and volunteers;- Develop and maintain community relationships within the region;- Recruitment and retention of Regional Resource Boards;- Plan and adhere to regional budget;- Lead and support all regional specialists;- Identify and support fundraising opportunities fostering long-term resource generationincluding but limited to: major gifts, event fundraising, in-kind donations, teamfundraising and state/national campaigns;- Assist in establishment of regional distribution center;- Assist with Unified Champion Schools® goals and reporting for the Region;- Communication of organizational goals to regional teams which must include, but are notlimited to, best practices, innovation, retention and recruitment.

This position will manage the Region’s Unified Champion Schools® program, implementing thegoals set forth by the Regional Executive Director.Objective - Recruit new schools, educators, athletes and partners into Unified Champion Schools®(UCS)- Support, plan and implement UCS events and competitions- Integrate Law Enforcement Torch Run Agencies into UCS Schools, Events andCompetitions- Assist campus liaisons with implementing new ideas and programs into UCS- Seek new grant opportunities to support UCS programming- Track grant reporting and maintain strict budget guidelines- Maintain and cultivate community relationships to support UCS.- Communication of organizational goals to regional team which must include, but are notlimited to, best practices, innovation, retention and recruitment.
