- Act as a liaison between the Company, customers, and vendors to answer any questions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for school users regarding devices.
- Be in daily contact with the District contact person and Lockstep for the resolution of technical issues.
- Responsible for understanding and reporting specific and requested data to the district.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
- Pick up and drop off malfunctioning devices to a centralized location for support.
