Met with General Contractors, customers, and Owners to facilitate an accurate and acceptable project within schedule and budget constraints. Obtained all relevant documents and drawings, input pricing and labor, contacted suppliers, sought sub bids and submitted final bids. Prepared submittals, schedule of values, wrote and tracked requests for information, and verified field conditions.
