Hi! I'm AJ Sims. After high school, I joined the USAF where I worked in intelligence for nearly 7 years. Throughout that time, God was growing a deep call on my life to be a worshipper, and to lead others to do the same. I've been involved in worship ministry since 2013, both leading and just being a part of teams, and I've been leading full-time as a worship director at The Crossing church in Anchorage Alaska since January 2021. I have experience in music and AV technology, music production, music theory, team leadership and development. I have skills in teaching, large and small groups, mentoring and training teachers and musicians.
