FOLLOWING ARE PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN WITH JAN DE NUL GROUP:1. FORMOSA 2 OFFSHORE WINDFARM PROJECT - TAIWAN (Jan 2022 - Sept 2022)JDN is responsible for the foundation design, fabrication and installation as well as for the design, supply and installation of the subsea cables. Construction started in 2020 and it's ongoing. The 47WTGs, each at 8MW, totalling to 376MW, Formosa 2 OWF is located adjacent to the 120MW Formosa 1 OWF, between 3.8 – 9.5km off the coast and at 40 nautical miles from the port of Taichung.2. TAIWAN POWER COMPANY (TPC) OFFSHORE WINDFARM PHASE 1 PROJECT (2018 - July 2022)JDN contract for this project includes the design, manufacturing and installation of the complete wind farm and works started in 2018. The OWF consist of 21 offshore wind turbines with a capacity of 5.2 MW each, with 110 MW in total. On land, the cables for the wind project laid in a 13-kilometre-long trench through urban areas, connecting the existing substation to the coastal transition joint bay. JDN takes care of the foundations, all offshore and onshore cables, upgrading the electrical installations and the transformer statin and installing the wind turbines. JV Partner Hitachi builds and supplies 21 type HTW5.2-127 turbines. After successful handover of this project, JDN will operate and take care of maintenance (O&M) of the wind farm for a 5-year period.3. NASR FULL FIELD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT, ABU DHABI, U.A.E (2016 - 2018)130 km north-west of Abu Dhabi lies the oil field of NASR. The national oil company of Abu Dhabi (ADNOC) wanted to increase the capacity of the field to 65,000 barrels a day. For this project, JDN were sub-contractors of Hyundai Heavy Industries. JDN transported, installed and protected three 132 kV sub-sea power cables (total length 147 km) and ten 11 kV sub-sea power cables (total length 57 km). JDN also installed the pre and post subsea concrete mattresses to protect existing and newly installed cables prior to final gravel installation.

- Responsible for company’s fleet QHSSE matters (AHTSs, MPVs, PSVs, OSVs, Barges) - In-house consultant and subject matter expert in maritime HSSEQ matters and regulations. - Conduct seminars, campaigns and in-house trainings for HSSEQ team and company staff with regards to HSSEQ matters. - Reviewing corporate strategic objectives, policies, standards and targets. - Prepare, monitor adherence to the Company HSSEQ policy and standards, alerting higher management where expectations are not being met and provide rectification plans and timely solutions. - Provide assistance to Marketing and Chartering Department in completion of new project biddings. - Chair-person of Enterprise Risk Management committee. - Plan and lead the Crisis Management and Emergency Response Team. - Update, monitor and plot trends of company and fleet based on safety statistics and key performance index.

- In-charge of company’s fleet QHSSE matters (Vessel type : AHTSs, MPVs, PSVs, OSVs, Barges)- In-house consultant and subject matter expert in maritime HSSEQ matters and regulations.- Main liaison person for Classification Society(s), port state(s) and flag state(s) with regards to vessels certifications, operation, and regulation matters.- Conduct seminars, campaigns and in-house trainings for HSSEQ team and company staff with regards to HSSEQ matters.- Prepare and monitor adherence to the Company HSSEQ policies and standards, alerting the higher management where expectations are not being met and provide rectification plans and timely solutions.- Plan and lead the Crisis Management and Emergency Response Team.- Lead investigator for all near misses, non-compliances, accidents and incidents.- Ensure fleet Inspections and vessel visits are conducted in accordance to SMS, ISM, ISPS, MLC, SOLAS, MARPOL, OVMSA, OVID, OSVIS, IMCA and CMID inspection guidelines.

- Responsible for the employment of company owned fleet of PSVs and AHTs vessels, generating revenue for the company.- Bidding for new projects, handling tender documents and processes.- Prepare and review of charter party contract (BIMCO) terms and conditions with end users.- Liaising with brokers and charterers worldwide - Monitoring of invoicing, billing and receiving of charter payments.

- Oversee daily operations of company vessels for smooth operations.- Attending to vessel repairs, dry-dockings, annual surveys, flag / management / name change activities.-Engaging class surveyors for periodic surveys, audits, and flag or port detentions.-Conduct on-board assessments, audits, vessel inspections, trainings and campaign roll out.-Liaise with clients for release of vessel for maintenance and arrange contractor’s attendance on-board.
