It has been an incredible journey starting out with what was considered the country’s leading community bank holding company and evolving into a top twenty U.S. financial institution.I transitioned from a mortgage loan officer to a wholesale mortgage banking representative to a retail district manager along this journey. We started out as a $1 billion community bank with 11 branches and twelve years later (through five mergers and six name changes) I contributed to the bank’s growth into a $168 billion top twenty U.S. Financial Institution.I have worked alongside many talented bankers passionate and committed to teamwork, serving our customers, and enhancing our business community. While working with customers directly and leading teams I utilized a collaborative process to deploy needs-based customer engagement with new customer prospecting, deepening of existing relationships, and customer retention. I achieved exceptional customer service, deposit, consumer lending, and business lending results.
