1. Management of Strategic Relationships between LN Outsourcing and Huawei/MTN, Nigeria2. As Regional Network Project Lead, I was responsible for interaction with MTN, Nigeria from our Client (Huawei) side for 5G/VoLTE/4G/3G/2G & Rural Telephony Network Project Management, Optimization, Planning to:- Ensure MTN Nigeria meets SLA Targets set by the Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC) for a smooth communication experience for the Nigerian Public- Facilitate collaboration among various departments to receive, analyze, and resolve any communication-related complaints from CxO Level, Senior Managers, Government Officials, High Value/Revenue Customers, and the General Public- Joint field visits with Nigerian Communication (NCC) in major Nigerian Markets to get first-hand information on people’s experience with MTN Nigeria Network and how advanced technologies like 5G & VoLTE are impacting their lives and business- Use of advanced AI and Machine Learning based tools like Nokia's Customer Experience Management (CEM), and Huawei’s Service & Experience Quality (SEQ) Analyst, to analyze users’ data (anonymized) for MTN Nigeria to realize the connection between customer experience and profitability and architect data-driven solutions for the Network bottlenecks to improve users experience and help telco operator generate more revenue- Using these tools, proactively identify and analyze customer needs & lead the process to architect solutions based on customers’ needs into workable and scalable solutions3. Responsible for preparation and presentation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports to the MTN & Huawei Management and teams, and for preparing reports for further presentation to the Regulatory Body (NCC) where required4. Responsible for team capacity building by delivering technical training and Interpersonal skills development through team-building activities

- Responsible for 2G/3G/LTE Networks RF Planning, Optimization, Roll-out as per agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) between Huawei and Etisalat, Nigeria- Customer Interface from Huawei with Etisalat, Nigeria and Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC) to better understand customer expectations and to translate these expectations into a workable solution to build healthy Customer, Vendor & Regulatory Relationships- Leading a team of Professional Engineers to manage 2G/3G/LTE KPI/KQI of MS-Project- Queries/Complaints handling for higher management customer and to present solutions and satisfactory answers to their queries- Responsible for Presenting/Reporting of Network Dashboards and high level analysis to Internal & External Higher Management- Inter-Departmental Coordination to timely resolve the issues regarding BSS/Core/Roll-out & Planning Departments- Technical assistance to Huawei Marketing and Customer teams to test new Tools like SmartCare® CEM, SmartCare® Discovery, trial new technologies like GU Co-5MHz, U900 and to follow up on their acceptance procedures- Responsible for local staff’s training to help improve their technical skills & inter-personal skills

- Responsible for Optimizing and keeping all 2G/3G KPIs within agreed SLA Thresholds with Customer- Leading a team of Professional Engineers (Optimization, Planning, Reporting & DT) to manage 2G/3G KPIs/QoS of MS-Project- Regular Interaction with Customer to better understand their expectations and to translate these expectations into a workable solution to built a healthy Customer-Vendor Relationship- Responsible for CXO, Director level Queries/Complaints handling and presenting solutions and answers- Responsible for Presenting/Reporting of Network Dashboards and high level analysis to Internal & External Higher Management- Inter-Departmental Coordination to quickly resolve the issues regarding BSS/Core/Roll-out & Planning Departments- Responsible for Optimization & preparation for high traffic scenarios/gatherings like football matches- Responsible for Study and Trials implementation of New Features in Network- Responsible for analysis and recommendation on future capacity requirements for different Network nodes based on history trends- Responsible for local staff training to help improve their technical skills & inter-personal skills to better communicate with customer and within Huawei

- Achieved challenging targets like 98% of Network Cells should have CS/PS RRC Setup Success Rate >=97.5%; 99% of cells with Voice/Video/PS/HS RAB Setup Success Rate>=97.5%; for 2G: 96% of cells should have Rx_Quality>97%, HOSR >98% CDR<0.8% etc. for Airtel, Nigeria Network- Implementation of New 2G/3G Feature trials to improve network performance & customer management confidence- Study existing RF design (coverage plots and drive test log files) to identify coverage problems, interference, pilot pollution etc. Troubleshoot areas with poor RF performance, recommend and implement changes for improvement- Parameter audit of the existing 2G/3G parameters in order to remove discrepancies and to improve interoperability between 2G/3G- Daily monitoring of RNC/BSC KPIs & daily escalation of critical hardware issues; and implementation of software parametric changes for the most degraded cell/sites/clusters to improve performance- Provide recommendations to improve main KPIs like, CS/PS RAB success, RRC success, CS/PS drops, CS/PS IRAT Handovers, HSPA+/EDGE/GPRS throughput, CSSR, DCR, HOSR, TBF Congestion/Drops etc.- Resolution of critical issues in 3G network like Multi RAB call drops, Iur drops, PCH congestion, Call admission degradation, RRC registration, Over Loaded Cells/Sites; Abis-Interface Planning/Audit, Gb-Interface Audit and recommendations to Improve KPIs like GPRS/EGPRS throughput, Assignment Success Rate etc.- Share performance results/reports of new feature trials with customer teams in order to ensure continuous improvement in network- Preparation and Implementation of all 2G/3G OMC scripts/MML for all the parametric changes & bench marking impact after implementation- Provide training and support as required to colleagues & customer teams (Airtel, Nigeria)

- Etisalat, Egypt 2G & 3G Network Monitoring and Optimization- Network Performance Monitoring during Special High Traffic Generating Events- Drive/Field Test Reports analysis for Problem Identification and Optimization

- Performance monitoring of Huawei RAN 12 & RAN 14 KPIs, daily escalation of critical issues; including hardware & software parametric changes for the worst cell/sites/clusters to improve performance- Provide recommendations to improve KPIs like, CS/PS RAB success, RRC success, CS/PS drops, CS/PS IRAT Handovers, HSPA+ throughput etc. PCHR files analysis to get in depth view of the problems- Network Performance Statistic Data analysis, Drive Test Data analysis, Signal Tracing Data analysis and troubleshooting to improve Network Performance - Traffic Sharing between F1/F2, 2G/3G Networks by tuning Cell-Selection/Re-Selection & Inter-Freq, IRAT HOs and Traffic Prioritization in order to best utilize the Network Resources- Performance analysis for expansion sites after 2nd carrier addition (F2) and checking HSDPA/HSUPA throughput- Scrambling Code and Neighbor planning & Optimization- Parameter audit of the existing 3G parameters in order to remove discrepancies- Drive test log files analysis in order to solve issues related to Pilot Pollution, Overshooting Cells, Call Drag, Missing Neighbors, Coverage Holes and Quality (Ec/No) Issues- Customer Complaints Handling for Coverage/Quality Issues including VIP care, Roamer Care etc.- Plans/Trials preparation to improve KPIs like Call Drop Rate, CSSR, HSR, Congestion- Responsible for new BSS-Features/Parameters trials on Huawei BSS- Daily basis Worst Cells analysis (CoBCC & Dual Band) and Recommendations- Daily basis KPI/Traffic/Alarms/BSS-Issues and monitoring on Cell/BSc and Cluster Level to accomplish Optimization activities smoothly- GPRS/EDGE KPIs monitoring and Improvement- Interference reduction specially External/Internal Interference Problems
