I am a Learning & Development professional with over 12 years of experience designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful leadership programmes within complex organisational structures. Currently leading the development and delivery of the UK’s most senior leadership programme for policing, I am deeply committed to enhancing leadership capability across 43 police forces to drive high standards in public service during a critical time for the sector. I currently lead the design and delivery of UK Policing's most senior leadership development programme. My previous experience includes managing the College of Policing’s leadership development initiatives for first line and mid level leaders as well as developing workforce and professional development policy for policing. Prior to working in policing I specialised in developing learning solutions for the higher education sector through the implementation of learning technology.
