As a Corporate Clinical Director at Resources for Human Development (RHD), a national human services nonprofit organization, I support the clinical quality and effectiveness of over twenty social services programs across five states. I have more than 25 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I hold licenses in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, North Carolina, and Massachusetts.My core competencies include providing clinical support and coaching to staff, adapting and implementing evidence-based practices (EBP) for diverse client populations, designing and facilitating clinical training programs for direct service professionals, and providing organizational support for mitigating workplace stressors. My passion is to ensure the delivery of the highest quality of care to people supported by RHD, while fostering a culture of personal and professional wellbeing for staff. My field of expertise is behavioral health and intellectual and developmental disabilities, and I am passionate about promoting trauma-informed, person-centered care and honoring the choices and strengths of each individual.
