As a member of core development teams, provided operations program management support to enable IC development, New Product Introduction, and High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) ramp.Led a cross-functional organization comprised of Chip/Chipset Program Management, Engineering teams, Sales Operations, Product Management, and Manufacturing around the globe to execute program requirements, production strategies, and both internal and external demand requirements. Monitored critical program milestones, release dates, product revisions, and quality issues and worked to limit impact to overall program schedule. Identified critical path items and potential changes to the program and worked towards risk mitigation and contingency plans of action. Was responsible for driving risk-buy analysis, across multiple business units, for development products leading up to HVM with the objective of positioning for revenue deliveries to top-tier customers. Aggregated and advised technical, financial, and delivery risk to Senior Business Unit, Finance, and Operations Management. Supported Mid/High Tier SOCs and Pre 5G RF ICs for Mobile, Connectivity, and Automotive Business Units.

As employee number 6, was responsible for NPI and Manufacturing Operations for MSC, an OEM start-up focusing on White Space technology, spectrum-independent wireless networking equipment, components, and end-to-end solutions. Instrumental in the end-to-end commercial introduction of several new products including Wireless Broadband Radios, Network Controllers, RF Power Amplifiers, Independent Power Management Systems, Network and Environmentally Controllable RF Equipment Enclosures, and Modulator/Demodulator assemblies. Established manufacturing as an outsourced/EMS model. Initiated partnership agreements and negotiated pricing with key Contract Manufacturers and component vendors both domestically and internationally. Worked extensively with these suppliers to bridge the gaps between design engineering, test engineering, quality, and manufacturing to deliver high-quality, innovative products to customers.Successfully led program management through FCC and TUV certification for the industry’s first carrier-class UHF White Space Broadband Radio.Delivered first revenue production units to financial and educational institutions globally. Exited the start-up in 2016.
