Following a very successful start with Pulse Secure, my responsibilities were broadened to cover Global Corporate, Field and Channel marketing for Pulse Secure. Additionally, my technical background was leveraged in executive engagements to ensure that the benefits of the use of Pulse Secure Secure Access and EUC product lines were.

• A global executive role with responsibility and involvement in a number of key areas:
• Citrix innovation strategy. A key driver of Citrix internal innovation pathways that are available to all staff in order to encourage ideation, risk taking and fresh thinking.
• M&A, technical diligence and Citrix strategy formulation. All Citrix acquisitions worldwide are assessed by my team to define technical risk areas. This extends to code quality, IP ownership, team formation.
• Competitive analysis and bake-offs for proposed technology acquisitions.
• Citrix media spokesperson and global keynote speaker. Many varied speaking roles in different context, whether they be to technical architects to CxO level decision makers.
• SynergyTV broadcast host. Interviewing and discussing business impacts and new technologies with industry leaders from around the world. Also providing entertainment content to improve the broadcast appeal to a wider.

• I moved into a director role with regard to Citrix Labs, responsible for the management of that unit’s operations including technology marketing, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence analysis, 3rd party technology.
• Leading the conduct of critical M&A due diligence analysis, producing detailed and accurate reports in support of decision-making, expansion strategy and new technology adoption.
• Functioning as a Citrix spokesperson to global media, and serving as a keynote speaker at a wide range of forums, conferences and other stakeholder engagement events.
• Contributing at the highest levels to decision-making with regard to the appropriateness and fit of major merger and acquisition targets and their product offerings.
• Coordinating the assessment of 3rd party software and technology quality, automation and engineering efficiency, and mobility project effectiveness and marketability.
• Functioning as a key technical marketing content creator for major product launches, announcements, stakeholder engagement initiatives and industry conferences.

• Having established a strong track record with the company, I was promoted to a senior management role, with responsibility for providing leadership to the portion of the Citrix Labs division which was based in Sydney.
• Providing leadership and strategic direction with regard to M&A due diligence, viability assessment, commercial analysis and product potential.
• Conducting assessments of 3rd party products and technologies relating to enterprise readiness and the potential for existing sales channel acceptance.
• Functioning as a keynote speaker for a wide range of conferences and forums, representing the company with professionalism and engaging with key external stakeholders.
• Serving to promote the company’s strategic plans and programs to encourage ongoing discussion of new technologies and to highlight potential M&A targets.
• Speaking at Citrix and external 3rd party conferences including Citrix Synergy, Citrix iForum and Gartner Symposium, typically to 1000+ keynote audiences.
