About Andrew Borzycki

I am an experienced consultant, manager, architect and software engineer with expertise in deep technology, user centred design, startups, M&A due diligence. I adapt and use whatever technology or process it takes to get the job done. I take a vague idea from inception to production and combine hard core development ability in everything from the kernel to the cloud. Learning and using new technologies quickly has been a foundation of my work, combined with strong business, presentation, written and verbal communication skills. I can help because I have extensive history working on deep, core technologies, such as virtualisation, Windows internals, hypervisors, cloud, web and mobile technologies. The end result of many of these projects has been patents, as can be seen in the patents part of my profile. This depth on how technology works is combined with an understanding of the importance of the human dimension and why people need technology. This depth and breadth is combined in the consulting realm to bring value to clients by helping them solve their challenging problems and the sales, solutioning and delivery phases. How I can help you as a consultant or CTO:1. Digital technology feasibility studies - If you are unsure about what technology to use and if it works.2. Problem identification and solutioning - Uncovering your business problem and translating these into something you can make real for your organisation.3. Technology blueprints and roadmaps – Bringing digital transformation to organisations is complex and you need to follow the right path to reach your end goal.4. Merger and Acquisitions – I am an expert in technology due diligence, so that if you are purchasing assets, you know exactly what you are buying from a people, process and technology perspective. 5. Creating systems from scratch – Creating something from a vague idea and taking it all the way to production is a different skill to that of enhancing and building upon existing works.
