Front Office System included Reservation, Check-in, Point of Sale operations, House Keeping operations and Guest billing & cashiering, Optimal Room Rate generation where as Back office includes HR, Accounting, Inventory Management and Food & Beverage Control 5. Smooth operations of Wi-Fi for providing Internet connections in the Guest Rooms & Conference halls at all the 13 hotel units. 7. Hotels of ITDC are connected to a Data Centre in The Ashok and near DR site in Janpath Hotel. 8. All the 40 pan India accounting units are connected to Integrated Accounting System residing on a central server with replication 9. Smooth operations of Inventory and Sales Management software for ITDC’s Duty Free Shops at various sea ports in India This includes Billing, promotions, stock management, ware house management etc. Because of internet connectivity issues, the system is designed in such a way so that billing can be done in standalone mode and as and when the connectivity is available, the data is synchronised with server(s) . The software is designed for quoting/billing in USD, accepting Cash/Credit Card/Travellers cheque in various foreign currencies and accounting in INR.10. Smooth operations of Airlines Ticketing, sales of Travel Packages. This software uses Amadeus CRS system API interfaces and Low Cost Indian Carries API(s) for search/issue/cancellation of air tickets.
