• Reduced operating expenses by $16 million/yr and working capital by $46 million through contract negotiations, process improvements and supply chain optimization
• Managed a third-party logistics provider, contract manufacturer and transportation providers to minimize supply chain costs while meeting service level agreements

• Created and organized a 22 person supply chain group and managed a $10 million operating budget

• Led the development of a demo trade exchange for a major proposal that allowed Accenture to differentiate itself from its competitors and win a $400 million engagement
