Project Planning & Execution (Graduate Engineer Trainee) Over All in-charge for Projects and Marketing activity in allotted area. Responsible for project planning, scheduling & Execution as per safety standards & compliance's Planning Drawing making for allotted Area & Society Laying of MDPE, Installation of GI pipe, M/Cu as per PNGRB guidelines Potential survey for Execution of project Liasioning with Government authority, Societies for Laying Permission of Pipeline Knowledge of T4S (Technical Standards & Specifications including Safety Standards by PNGRB), ASME B31.8 standard, IGEM standards, IS & BS-EN standard, MNGL tender Auto-Cad drawing checking for Executed pipeline “Estimation” making for New Projects Contractors Bill Preparation & Updating in “SAP” Commissioning of Pipeline Team Management Evaluation of “Cost saving Techniques” to Execute project in Economical as well as Technical manner Working on “SAP-ERP” system for Material management & Billing  Good analytical & communications skill Preparation of MIS

1) Project Management for the achievement of organizational objectives on time.Page 22) Review As laid and isometric drawings of pipeline laid and installed at sites.3) Conducting surveys for domestic PNG connections which includes determining buildingpotential, kitchen location, SR location, LP design, GI riser design and accordingly preparing thedrawings.4) Preparation of HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) as per MGL standardprocedure.5) Supervision of installation of LDPE, MDPE, GI and CU pipelines.6) Carrying out pre-commissioning audit and ensuring proper documentation followed by testing/commissioning.7) Testing and Commissioning of GI & CU pipelines.8) Commissioning of LDPE and MDPE pipeline in the presence of O&M personnel.9) Ensuring proper implementation of design/drawings/specifications on site through contractors asper COP.10) Maximum utilization of manpower resources to yield optimized results by assigning individualtasks from time to time.11) Calculation of material requirement and monitoring the availability of the same.12) Provide technical & Safety related trainings to contractor employees in accordance with theTool Box Talk Formats.13) Preparation Schedules for Day to day activities. Generation of various records as DPR,WPR,MPR etc.14) Preparing project execution schedule and continuously monitoring the progress as perschedule for maximum output.15) Commissioning of domestic customers in given timeframe to meet weekly, monthly and annualtarget.16) Coordination with contractors and management for smooth & timely execution of the Projectson time with Safety.

Area feasibility survey for estimation of gas requirement & Technical Survey of the area for finalization of Steel & MDPE Pipeline network.• Down Stream piping design according to load requirement on medium pressure & low pressure conditions by SynerGEE Gas 4.4 software.• Meter size selection for the commercial and industrial connections & finalization of pipe- line route for supplying the PNG to a particular area.• Responsible for timely initiation of proposals for procurement of PNG materials (DRS / Meters / Regulators / Service Regulators / MDPE / GI / Copper Pipes & Isolation / Appliance ball Valves, MDPE Ball Valves etc), MDPE & LP/GI Contracts for execution of laying works, Project Management Consultancy / Third Party Inspection agency contracts including estimation of quantities, TBA (Technical BID Analysis) of received BIDs from various vendors & execution of works, as per the requirement to achieve the yearly pre-set targets of the company & also responsible for timely certification of invoices of material and execution vendors.• Responsible for preparing estimation of quantities / amount and technical part of the tender document for Materials / Works execution related to Steel / MDPE / GI pipeline laying. • Responsible for approval of all the technical documents related to PNG material i.e. GAD, P&ID, QAP & Datasheet etc.• Laying, Construction & Commissioning of underground MDPE pipeline of dia 180 mm to 20 mm & Steel pipeline of dia 12” to 4” in City Gas Distribution project, Pune.• Monitoring and management of pipeline laying works and civil works related to construction of CNG Stations.• Liasioning with various Govt agencies & Nagarpalikas for smooth execution of pipe laying & construction activit

1) Attending the gas leak, pipe damage complaints and keeping the record of complaints by closing it in PORTAL2) Managing meter reading and house lock project for the purpose of gas billing and maintaining it.3) Auditing the record complaints format and inventory in the store. 4) 4) Manage PE valve cleaning, steel valve cleaning, DRS cleaning.5) Operation & Maintenance of District Regulatory System (DRS) / Metering & regulating station (MRS).Operation audit of Gas metering station & District regulating station as PNGRB MRS data logger (GSM modem, Electronic volume meter ITRON) monitoring & maintenance
