-Processing timely and accurate credit of salaries.-Perform audit checks on inputs and outputs for all salary payouts and ensure accuracy and help in preventing excess payouts.-Ensure that investment declaration and proofs and FBP declaration are correctly incorporated.-Ensure that bank accounts of employees are correctly incorporated in payroll system.-Perform sample checks on statutory deductions from salary.-Front end payroll in statutory and internal audit and ensure resolution with minimum observation.-Ensure that statutory payouts related to PF, ESI, LWf and P-tax are done on time, by proper coordination with external vendor.-Ensure that returns related to PF, ESI and TDS salary is filed within statutory timelines.-Assist in preparation of monthly and annual returns and issuance of form 16 within timelines.-Provide necessary MIS to the organization needs.-Ensure that employee queries and issues are resolved on time at the first instance.-Analysis of queries from helpdesk and HRMS and target reduction of per employee query.-

-E-exit details for resigned employees.-FBP Reimbursement including Medical & LTA.-Work-orders related attendance and leave rectifications.--Responsible for processing Full & Final of the ex-employees.-Conducting Payroll Sessions.-Scheduling Payroll Helpdesks for existing employee queries.-Working on Off-cycle salary for employees.
