 Formulating & executing production & manpower schedules for smooth execution of production at the shop floor within time & cost parameters.  Ensuring cost reduction by implementing new techniques and working on productivity improvement. Identifying scope for planning, implementing & monitoring of technological changes to enhance productivity & making modifications in process flow, working practices, etc. for controlling & reducing conversion cost per unit produced.  Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in operations expenditures and work within the budget. Guiding site staff members to address and resolve performance bottlenecks.  Planning effective manpower deployment & works scheduling of qualified workforce and addressing training needs of staff to enhance productivity.
