Job Description:- Looking overall production related activities of Annealing & 4 HI Skin pass mill. Aiming for getting higher production and higher yield with minimum conversation cost. Taking necessary actions against process defect to control it. Checking and controlling the quality of material. Controlling the line parameters which affect the production. Setting and maintaining the furnace temperatures according to gauge running. Daily coordination with Planning, QAC & Stores department to achieve set production targets. Daily shift work planning & manpower allocation with monitoring & controlling production activities. Ensure Implementation of Quality System, House-keeping & Safety in the department and shop floor. Provide timely feedback to superiors on Resource requirements & constraints Responsible for 5S activity within Dept. Working as core committee member for implementation of ERP in CRM COMPLEX

Job Responsibilities:-  Independently handling shift production & ensuring achieve of production target.  Ensuring and keeping the annealing cycle with respect to the Grades, mechanical properties as per the customer requirement. Produced & stabilized successfully D/DD/EDD and other special Grades material like SAPH 440, 380Y, C-20 etc. Preparing daily production report and coordinate it with all team for achieving production targets and improving productivity.  Maintain all parameters which are required for achieving perfect annealed structure and properties. Solving all problems which usually come while furnaces are in operating condition. Maintaining all required safety at shop floor Skin passing annealed coil on 4-HI ROLLING MILL  Maintaining all required parameters for proper CRS coil. Exposure in working in SAP environment. Reduce loading and unloading time by effective utilization of man power and improve productivity Electrolytic Cleaning Line(ECL) of cold rolled coil from 6-HI ROLLING MILL to remove the contaminants like Grease, Rolling Oil, Lubricants & Iron fines. Assist in preparation of ISO Records Assist in preparation of Monthly Production report for Top management
