Teach For Green is a social enterprise which is working relentlessly to promote the importance of Green Energy for a sustainable environment through various activities in the field of training and skill development across India. It aims at creating awareness and developing entrepreneurship through DIY (Do It Yourself) approach. Do It Yourself (DIY) workshops are scientifically designed workshops in which a basic understanding of Green Energy is instilled in the young minds.Summary: Taking care of whole operation & technical aspect of Teach For Green. Pitching ideas with schools, institution and NGOs for collaboration, and organizing training and workshop for green and renewable energy. These workshop and training are designed in manner, it all about sustainability & waste management. I am responsible new product designing as by simplified technology processes. Key Responsibilities:-• Design new simplified product and module for training and workshop.• Liaison with schools, institutions and NGOs.• Channelize proper and efficient service of products by piloting in for students and community.• Attend conferences and seminars to pitch ideas and networking.• Write reports and blogs on renewable energy things on India and on world. • Community awareness about green energy and waste managements.

Summary:-I have worked as India Fellow with Mera Gao Power, Research & Innovation wing on Solar smart grids. Conduct needs assessment with rural communities for product design, then design prototype for customized area and community. Pilot new designs to community and observe working behavior, also take feedback from community to do new change which are require as for the need. I have designed system monitoring device, prepaid metering system and piloted in community. I have designed new solar home lighting system. I have also involved community meeting to aware them about green energy and waste management things.Key Responsibilities:-• Demand analysis of energy product and design prototypes• Channelize proper and efficient service of products by piloting in community households.• Monitoring process, data collection & analysis, reporting and document manuals and success stories from community.• Community awareness about green energy and waste managements

Summary:- I worked as SBI-Youth For India With Aga Khan Rural Support Program (India). My responsibility is to carry need assessment of area on energy issues and design respective green and affordable products. To tackle lighting crisis in community I have designed decentralized solar nano grid system to help provide lighting and mobile charging facility in their households. I have designed improve Chula model to grid rid smoke and less time consuming in cooking. I have designed mobile solar water pump to provide irrigation facilities to farmers which have very less lands. I promoted use of Amrit Khad, Amrit Pani and Wormy Composed in their filed for promote Organic agriculture for better yield and improvement in soil. In every weekend I also take four science and environment workshop in nearby government school as to enhance their interest in these subjects.Key Responsibilities:-• Need assessment of area by survey and community meeting.• Designing affordable product and pilot it on community areas.• Fund raising and fund utilization• Monitoring, Evaluation & Documentation of Program

Summary:- I have worked on solar thin film fabrication wing of GERMI. In this project focuses on the synthesis of Graphene by micromechanical exfoliation of high ordered prolytic Graphite (HOPG) on P-GaN and the analytical study of the Graphene/P-GaN interface for high level injection and low level injection. To study Characterization and properties of Graphene/P-GaN interface is done by X-ray Diffraction, AFM, TEM, UV-spectroscopy and J-V spectroscopy.

Summary:- This program is organized by Ministry of Sports, GOI to give 45 days’ training on leadership, development to youths which selected from different part of India. I have learned a lot by lectures and by different type activities which part of sessions. I have visited different good places India Cost Guards, NDRF, India Navy, MSSRF, and different NGOS working nearby areas.
