 Planning day-to-day strategies, production schedules, along with resource allocation and machine loading for optimum output. Minimizing performance bottlenecks for high productivity with maximization of men, material & machine utilization. Attend Design review meetings, to look at the manufacturability of drawings and suggest all new non-standard jigs & fixtures needed. Preparing SOPs, & work instructions for production operations for the unit. After the ISO implementation & updates. Establishing quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems to enhance process quality & reduce the losses. Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget. Work hand in hand with corporate procurement and manufacturing to identify and locate new machines, after the requirement is approved by Business Head. Appraising the prevalent production systems/ processes, identifying loopholes if any and undertaking result-oriented measures for alleviating them and documenting the same. Team Building, Training and Shop Floor Management. Review engineering drawings (post order) /data sheets (pre order) and looking at the manufacturability of the equipments w.r.t. available resources.Specialties: Supervision of production and Quality output from the Assembly lines and performing a wide variety of complex duties such as analyzing, developing, implementing and maintaining manufacturing operation sequences, specifications and equipments, requirements for production / assembly of new and existing products.STRENGTH: New Set-ups / Factory Establishment, Material, Human Resource & OperationManagement along with General Administration.
