Lenel's OnGuard open security platform applications and operations.• Prepare alarm monitoring report and share with the Manager on a daily basis.• Access stock reconciliation reports and share with the Manager on a monthly basis.• Report offline or communication lost issues in the access control devices or NVR’s and raise the ticket to rectify the issue with the help of ACS Technical security, Local IT and VAR. • Share access level users lists to business units of the respective access levels on monthly basis for reconciliation.• Manage and update all restricted access levels quick links with access approver details in the wiki page and communicate to respective process access level owners accordingly.• PPM / RPM activity of ACS and FAS testing activity with assistance of VAR.• Check all critical room access devices health condition, update the observation, and share with the Manager on daily basis.• Review video footage and check the cycling of the recording on the monthly basis.• Provide monthly training to technical/ Security staffs about ACS, FAS and gas suppression systems.
