Current1. System Configuration and Maintenance: Set up, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment’s,including servers, workstations, IP phones, Lab instrument systems, Printers.2. Microsoft Office365 Management: Manage office365 Environment, including user management, emailadministration, SharePoint and one drive configuration, security settings.3. Network Connectivity: Monitor & troubleshoot network performance identifying and resolvingconnectivity, latency, bandwidth issues and ensure reliable network connectivity to optimize networkperformance. Deploy, configure, and maintain network equipment including switches, router, firewalls,and VPN connections, ensuring secure and efficient network operations.4. Software Installation and Updates: Install, upgrade, and maintain software applications relevant tocompany processes, ensuring compatibility and security compliance.5. End-User Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to users for hardware,software, and network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Conduct system performanceanalysis and capacity planning to optimize resource utilization and improve system responsiveness.6. Hardware Diagnostics and Repair: Diagnose hardware issues, perform repairs, or coordinate withvendors for replacements, and manage inventory to ensure adequate spare parts availability.7. Backup & Data Safety: Perform regular backups, disaster recovery planning and system securitymeasures to protect against data loss and breaches.8. IT Service Management (ITSM): Incident, Change, Problem Management, and Service request module.
