- Administering prescribed medications to patients as per the eMAR.- Maintaining accurate medication records and logs.- Assisting in the ordering and restocking of medication supplies.- Ensuring medications are stored properly and securely.- Communicating with other team members about patients' medication needs.- Supporting patients with general daily activities if needed.
