Key Responsibilities includes:• Receiving and Processing of Customer Orders and Pre-Book orders in Microsoft Dynamics NAV • Monitor Pre-Book Orders and Backorders and process as soon as Stock is available.• Placing Orders with Supplier as per Customer request in relation with Merchandizer Team• Better Stock and Delivery Management by Updating the customer after receiving the order confirmation from the supplier and sending Proforma for Pre-book orders and get the approval or LPO of the orders. Arrange Domestic and International deliveries on time Requested• Regular engagement with Brand managers & Sales representatives and Discussing what is achievable and what is incoming and how we can offer Alternatives to increase the opportunities of bringing in more sales and achieving desired Target• Support Brand Managers, Sales Representatives and finance department to monitor client payments and ensure credit limits and payment terms are Followed• Corresponding & Presales (engagement) with Pro-activeness, efficiency towards Requisitions• Maintaining Improved communication with Logistics, Brand Mangers, Merchandisers, Finance Department and customer for supporting functions• Efficiently Process and follow up Warranty returns, Aging stock returns from Customers and in accordance with Brand Policies• Maintain Customer Data which includes Trade Agreements, Shipping Addresses, Contact details, Delivery Locations Etc.• Maintain Discount Percentages by Customer by Brand and Accurately invoice the received Orders• Work with Brand Sales team on events and Consignment Orders• Preparing and Sending Various Reports General Sales Manager and Brand Managers Which Include Weekly sales report, Weekly Order Trackers etc.• Support Sales and Marketing Team in resolving various types complaints from Customers• Assist team on classification of work load accordingly and support each team
