Working as a vehicle dynamics test engineer, specifically engaged in the domain of Ride and handling and steering attributes.Responsible for objective measurements & subjective evaluation at in-house, onroad andproving ground testing.Planning and execution of R&H DVP testing.Assisting Vehicle dynamics expertise to improve R&H performance for various types of vehicles (Trucks,Buses, LCV, EV&non EV).Test vehicle inspection, preparation, instrumentation, configuration & troubleshooting, Data acquisition, testing and analysis for vehicle dynamics.Handling and installation of Instruments like accelerometers, displacement sensor, steering wheel sensor, RT3100inertial navigation system, slip angle sensor, laser height sensor, pressure transducer.Responsible for ride test on high and slow speed track and Handling test like steady state circular test & transient Lane change tests.

Responsible for overseeing the entire LCV Engine Testing process, including ensuring compliance with all testing standards, supervising testing operations, and managing a team of over 20 individuals. Proficient in interpersonal communication and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues to address any operational challenges effectively. Additionally, proficient in updating SAP data and disseminating output information across the entire plant through Outlook emails.
