• Managing IQC, PQC & OQC Processes.• Effectively use of 7QC Tools for analysis to maintain process capability.• Making Plastic & Metal product Quality Standard as per product requirement.• Work & Man Power Handling & Planning to achieve Targeted dead line. • Sound Knowledge of Precision Measuring instrument like Measuring Microscope with QM DATA, Profile projector, Digital Height Gauge, Hardness Tester, Vernier Caliper, Micrometer etc.• Evolutes Customer complaints &Analysis & Taking Corrective action & Implement to Department.• To execute all Quality related tests of Plastic parts & Metal parts on different equipments, to meet the requirement of Customer as well as ISI Standard. • Exposure in managing quality activities, work instructions & quality control procedure.• Assigned the responsibilities to troubleshooting and solving problems related with quality control aspects• Responsible for maintaining and recording data related Products, Materials & Process• Trained Technical Professional and staff on various aspects of quality control activities.
