Responsible for the technical leadership, strategy, resourcing and recruiting for a web development SaaS platform running Python, Go and Node containers on GCP with Kubernetes. I managed technical staff and projects in a setting of 23 Senior Engineers and SREs in cross-functional agile teams across the US and Europe. I have a particular focus on maintaining a strong engineering culture with pragmatic (small-a) agile organizational structures.

Responsible for all aspects of product development, design, engineering, operations and data management for this hedge fund tracking service. As the sole technical contributor, I took the product from concept to initial launch in 3 months employing Meteor on top of Node.js to build a full-stack Javascript responsive web application and paid subscription service. Designed to run lean, the service has very low operational burn ensuring behavioral analytics can continue to capture input for further feature development. ROI is realized with a very low subscriber base.
