Steelhouse Box Office Manager
CurrentServe as the main ticketing contact for all events at Steelhouse OmahaDevelop strong working relationships with Live Nation, ticketing staff, and guestsManage the training of the Ticket Omaha team on Ticketmaster platformsCollaborate with internal departments and external event personnel to ensure all ticketing needs are addressedOrganize and oversee nightly Box Office operations during events (ticket sales, will call, ticket scanning, etc)Maintain accurate Box Office accounting records & archivesManage the data import from Ticketmaster into TessituraBuilds & maintains all events within the Ticketmaster ticketing softwareAssists internal staff and touring personnel for event programming, reporting, ticket holds, and other ticket detailsMonitors all ticket inventoryCollaborates on pricing & dynamic pricing to maximize revenueWork with General Manager to create & optimize ancillary products to drive incremental revenueEnsures ADA Compliant Ticketing practices at the venueBalances daily ticket sales in collaboration with the Patron Services teamResponsible for the preparation of all Box Office settlement reports on event nights & actively participate in event settlements, as neededUphold ticketing policies and procedures including ticket sales, refunds, exchanges, lost/stolen tickets, and third-party ticket issues
