NASDAQ OMX provides a market surveillance solution that performs real time market surveillance functions for global stock exchanges and market regulators to detect insider trading or market manipulation. Responsible for a portfolio of implementation and upgrade projects that requires the real time integration of the SMARTS integrity platform with trading engines, implementation of the core product and any custom development requirements to support the alerting and reporting requirements of the customer. Responsible for all facets of the project from the initial scoping and planning to project delivery and closure.

I manage the development and support (UK) for the HiPerformance application. HiPerformance is a performance measurement system which is used by global large investment managers in the financial services industry.In this position, I am responsible for all aspects of the development and product support roles with a global team of 50+ professionals.

January 2004 - April 2005:Anthony was responsible for leading the Business Analysis and Quality Assurance functions in the offshoring center in Bangkok. This role included:Creating an operational governance model in conjunction with the development managers to ensure consistent processes and outputs .Coaching and mentoring individual business analysts (5 people) and Quality Assurance analysts (10 people) on the business knowledge of the investment management domain and corporate processes.April 2005 to August 2006: Responsible for managing offshored development for the HiPerformance product. This included the management of all lifecycle phases post the requirements and solution definition. Additionally, it involved line management responsibilities as well.HiPerformance product is a performance measurement, attribution analysis and risk measurement solution for the investment management industry.

I was responsible for implementing investment management solutions to global investment management firms in the Asia Pacific Region (primarily Hong Kong). This included business requirements spanning Investment Accounting (Back Office), compliance and reporting requirements (Middle Office), Portfolio Modelling and Order Management requirments (Front Office) and STP requirements for post trade confirmation, settlement and periodic reconciliations.As part of the implementation responsibilities, this included gathering business requirements, gaining sign-off for business requirements and implementation plan, installing and configuring the solution, writing implementation documentation, training end users, co-ordinate and conduct user acceptance testing, prioritise the resolution of raised issues, mitigate implementation risks, support go-live phase and handover to client services department.
