- Administer, calculate and report on more than 30 Speedway Bonus/Incentive programs, utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL Programming, P&L Statements, SAP, Workday, ADP and Exponent HR to ensure that bonuses and incentives are accurately paid to employees.- Work with IT to ensure any bonus program changes are reflected in the SQL code in order for the bonuses to be calculated correctly.- Engage in cross-functional communication with Finance, Accounting, Operations Planning, Marketing, HR Services, Field HR and Senior Leadership to obtain the data necessary for bonus calculations, and to communicate relevant bonus information/financials. • Maintain and distribute employee turnover reports for Speedway convenience stores and corporate Speedway, utilizing SAP BW, Workday, ADP and Exponent HR to collect turnover data.- Perform weekly ad hoc reporting in HR Systems (SAP/Workday/ADP/Exponent HR) to gather data needed for projects and analyses.- Complete monthly data audits to verify company-wide compliance with compensation policies.- Carry out weekly reconciliations to corroborate the bonuses paid.
