In my role at Team Builders Plus, a division of Take Flight Learning, I enjoy developing relationships with clients, creating new team building activities and building partnerships to offer the right program for our clients. Before joining Team Builders Plus, I successfully managed two Manpower Staffing branches in South Jersey, placing candidates in various position levels. Prior, I spent five years with the Walt Disney Company in Orlando, FL. As a Research Operations Manager, I honed my training and development skills by designing and implementing employee recognition programs and team building events. One of my past leaders told me great advice that I always follow: You are only as good as your word. I never leave for the day with tasks unfinished. My role may be in sales and I strongly believe that sales is really about customer service and relationships. I treat my clients and contacts the way I would want to be treated if I was one of their customers. Honesty and integrity is key.I am a proud and an active member of Rotary and served as the President of Glassboro Rotary Sunrise (2010-2011). I earned my BA degree in Humanities at the University of South Florida and was a member of a Walt Disney World Diversity Resource Group PRIDE.
