• Working as an IT Recruiter for various US IT and Non IT clients for TCS, Wipro, Cognizant and Tech Mahindra• Experience in understanding, screening, sourcing and interviewing candidates for various high-end IT and Non IT Positions.• Understand Job description, screening, sourcing and interviewing right candidate for the available job.• Hands on Working experience in Various IT Positions.• Hands on Experience in using various job portals Like Career Builder, Monster, indeed, Dice and LinkedIn.• Expertise in using Applicant tracking System (ATS) such as Job diva Diva and Ceipal.• Provide complete, accurate information to candidates about the client and position.• Assist on Onboarding Process, Joining Formalities, Background Investigation and Reference Check.• Prepare MIS reporting Data base for all the candidate like all available candidate for Technology, submitting candidate database, Shortlisted Candidate, interviewed candidate data base, selected candidate database and Rejected candidate database.• Experience in Coordinating all the candidates Regarding Phone Interview, Skype Interview, and In-Person interview.• Follow up with the candidates regarding acceptance of offer, joining dates and ensure the candidates join the organization.• Post the jobs in social media like LinkedIn, LinkedIn Groups and Job portals Like Monster, Indeed and Career Builder.• Knowledge of total recruitment life cycle and clear understanding of tax terms, C2C, W2 and 1099 also knowledge of US Visas (EADs, H1B, TN) will be an added advantage.• Should be able to use Job portals/ Job boards extensively and efficiently.• Ability to deal with candidates professionally and negotiate rates.• Ability to interact, develop network and get the best resource for any given requirement.• Screening, short listing, sourcing candidates for the given skill sets through various job sites, referrals.
