Learning & Development :Analyze the employee learning needs, develop learning methods, programs, e-learning modules which reflect organizational strategy and goals, initiate Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) and Personal Learning Cloud (PLC), set up strategies to knowledge Management (KM).Budget Controller :Design budget model for Training Center and L&D Unit, monitor and control budget and financial information (account payable, account receivable, invoice, revenues, expenditures, cash management) also responsible in operate SAP system for Training Center.

Responsible in cost analysis, part price justification, supplier evaluation and selection, create strategy plan to achieve cost reduction target. And also create negotiation strategies and make a deal with suppliers regarding part price and purchase requistions.

Create purchase order, set delivery schedule, monitor delivery process, maintain supplier relationship.

Project to develop User Interface (UI) for management dashboard in order to monitoring and controlling performance of MSUK BPS-M7 Machine.
