As the Marketing Lead for CSUF’s inaugural FullyBeyond Designathon, I spearhead all aspects of marketing strategy and execution for a 24-hour virtual event aimed at fostering creativity and collaboration among design students. My responsibilities include:• Developing and implementing a comprehensive outreach strategy to attract participants from across the U.S.• Leading a team to create compelling social media content, increasing event visibility and engagement.• Collaborating with sponsors and partners to provide resources and prizes for participants, enhancing the overall event experience.• Overseeing branding, promotional campaigns, and event communications to ensure a cohesive and impactful message.• Managing cross-functional efforts with design, logistics, and outreach teams to ensure smooth event execution.Through these efforts, we are on track to make FullyBeyond the first CSU-hosted designathon of its scale, providing students with valuable opportunities for growth and innovation in the field of UX/UI design.
