Customer Service Manager
CurrentFast paced environment with consistent challenges. Duties included data entry (accounts receivable and cash office), cash handling, problem solving, multi-line phone answering, customer service, creating break schedules, cashier training, cashiering, stocking, inventory, ordering tobacco products, general maintenance, and sales including restricted products like lottery, tobacco, and alcohol. In late 2016 the Deli department at our store was very short-staffed and I agreed to learn new skills to help out. In 2018 the customer service desk and cash office needed me back. I learned new skills while covering for coworkers during the 2020 pandemic. Stayed at the store through two changes in ownership and am frequently impressed by the growth of employees on my team, even once they graduate and move into different careers.
