I am an IT professional with over 5 years experience in help desk support, troubleshooting, PC repair, network architecture, and network management. I have gathered my experience through college courses, face-to-face customer interaction. I am currently employed as a Service Desk Specialist for a large insurance company in Chattanooga, Tennessee. My colleagues will tell you that I am customer service driven as any IT department should be. I can always be trusted to resolve an issue for a user as quickly as possible. I am also knowledgeable and I do not mind teaching someone along the way. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I am at my best collaborating with others. I have an Associate's of Applied Science Degree from Chattanooga State Community College with a concentration in Network Management.
