About Aaron Hoff

I love telling stories with maps and listening to the stories that data can tell us. I've been involved with water and sediment quality studies in offshore, coastal, and inland water bodies throughout Texas and Louisiana, relating spatial and tabular data to show important relationships which can influence project performance. I use what I learn to uncover the best path forward for the task at hand, whether it be navigating a project through a grant process or preparing information for Clean Water Act Section 404 permitting notification. There's a lot of excitement along the Gulf Coast, and I'm excited to continue working in this diverse and continually fluctuating environment. From Big Bend to the Mississippi, and from the Llano Estacado down to the Laguna Madre, it is my goal to help the people that live and work here find a balance with the natural world around them so that both can continue to prosper.
