I am an entrepreneur who is doing my bit to save the environment and make living on our earth more sustainable. Through this endeavor I hope to create awareness, implement solutions and ultimately change mindset of manufacturing industry professionals towards the way we treat water- the most important natural resource.My mission is to filter and separate the useful from the harmful in industrial cutting fluids. Also, to remove every speck of dirt from cutting fluids generated in metal cutting processes- be it water based coolant or neat oil.My method to achieve it, is by sharing my 10+ years of experience in the industry and providing filtration solutions which not only solve the pain areas of metal cutting processes but also help businesses achieve a sense of pride of contributing towards a sustainable environment.In my experience I am yet to find a professional or business owner who says I want to harm the environment. However, the current manufacturing environment especially in India does not put sustainability at a pedestal. Partnered with close to 100 cutting tool manufacturers in India to improve their sustainability index by adding 1 micron, non-consumable filtration for their grinding machines.2. Installed a total oil filtration capacity of approximately 30,000 lit/min (and counting) through out India and SE Asia.3. Expanded our solution footprint from cutting tool industry to aerospace, appliance manufacturing, automotive and engine manufacturing by providing 1 micron oil filtration for EDM, honing and lapping processes.
